As a Senior Engineer, you will provide technical expertise on a critical role involving network transformation, network outages, service issues, network optimization, and maintenance. You will be responsible for providing support to reputed company things running smoothly and change the way that our customers live, work, and play. You’ll need to have: • Associate’s degree or two or more years of relevant work experience. • Skilled in overall telecommunications support, particularly Voice over IP (VoIP). • Thorough understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). • Strong customer service/vendor management experience. • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, session border controllers and connectivity correlation from end-to-end. • Knowledge to interpret network design documents. • Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. • Ability to obtain a government reputed company clearance. Even reputed company if you have one or more of the following: • A technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a reputed company discipline. • Five or more years or more of experience in telecommunications. • Experience with automation tools. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve IP network troubles in the physical, data link, and network layers. • Ability to maintain configuration of devices in a network management monitoring system. • Expert-level knowledge of services, network devices, knowledge reputed company solutions, and system monitoring tools. • Working knowledge of reputed company Broadsoft/Broadworks and associated features/functionalities. • Familiarity with various IP endpoints- phones, gateways, paging and adjunct equipment (Polycom, Ribbon, reputed company, reputed company, Audiocodes).
