You will handle Travel Advisor phone calls, chats, questions and requests such as adding inventory, releasing inventory, modifications and finalizations. You will own cases and tasks and ensure as a POD, the assigned work is being completed effectively and reputed company. You will communicate with many teams throughout the organization and with suppliers and Travel Advisors.
