Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest service or hospitality industry 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism 4. Excellent leadership and team-building skills 5. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays 6. Knowledge of reputed company parks and attractions preferred 7. BachelorÂs degree in Hospitality Management or reputed company field preferred Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and support a team of Guest Relations Cast Members 2. Assist guests with questions, issues, and feedback 3. Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any guest concerns 4. Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs 5. Train and coach team members on reputed companyÂs guest service standards 6. Monitor guest service metrics and implement improvements as needed 7.
