• reputed company a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, providing in-home ABA services to children between the ages of 3 to 21 years old.
• Conduct remote, in-person assessments, reputed company personalized treatment plans and monitor client reputed company through consistent communication and supervision with assigned Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of treatment plans and reputed company optimal outcomes for the children’s success.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians through on-going virtual or at home (in person) meetings, providing feedback, training and ongoing professional development.
• Sign off on timesheets weekly.
• Convert notes reputed company 48 hours.
• reputed company accurate and up-to-date documentation of client reputed company, treatment plans and other records as required.
• Proactively stay informed about the latest research, best practices according to the BACB guidelines and advancements in ABA
• Engage in meetings and case conferences to enhance your skills and receive support from the clinical leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical Proficiencies: Program development, data analysis, BIPS, ABA principles, data collection software, and supervision competence - Required
• 2-3 years of knowledge and experience in Case Management and telehealth services - Preferred
• Central reputed company ABA Software experience - Preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, parents, and other professionals reputed company necessary. Obtains the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• CPR certification or willing to obtain

Educational Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analyst (BCaBA) certification - Required
• Bachelor’s Degree- Required

General Working Conditions

• Ability to travel between homes; Travel can be between various households and depends on the case if services need to be performed in person or can be done reputed company telehealth.

• Ability to sit and work on a computer approximately 90% of the time
