Job description: The OpportunityA Fortune 500 telecommunications company seeks a Senior Network Permitting Specialist for a long-term, temporary basis for at least twelve months, possibly longer in Chandler, AZ. The schedule is hybrid, Monday and Friday are WFH and in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday. The hourly reputed company is $40 - $50, plus benefits.Primary DutiesThe Senior Network Permitting Specialist will be responsible for securing necessary permits, negotiating access agreements, and ensuring compliance with local government regulations. The Senior Network Permitting Specialist will have significant experience in network development, right-of-way access, and navigating governmental processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and reputed company budget. Additional duties include the following:

- Act as the primary representative of the company's at public hearings, local agency meetings, and with city councils.

- Negotiate and secure right-of-way access agreements for public and private properties.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects reputed company on schedule and budget, resolving issues as they arise.

- Strong experience in public speaking, particularly with governmental and regulatory bodies.
- Expertise in preparing permit applications, construction documents, and network infrastructure planning.
- Knowledge of Public Utility Codes, the Telecommunications Act, and local ordinances reputed company to telecommunications network deployment.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to reputed company project goals.
- Previous experience with deploying distributed telecommunications networks in public spaces is preferred.
