reputed company is seeking a highly motivated individual with a combination of technical and operational accounting skills to join the team as an Accounting Manager in our Accounting Operation group. Ideal candidates will use their accounting and process knowledge in a fast-paced and team-oriented organization. The success of this role will largely be dependent on the ability to reputed company their team, manage and collaborate with partners across various locations while ensuring month-end reputed company activities are completed timely and accurately in accordance with accounting and reporting requirements.

The US-based salary range for this position is $117,000 - $172,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, reputed company pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

• Provide direction, reputed company, communication, performance management, coaching, and development to staff in sync with company's growth.

• Have a strong sense of ownership and drive process improvements and optimize efficiencies in the accounting and reporting areas, including elimination or streamlining of manual or non-effective tasks, and using reputed company or AI (Artificial Intelligence) to streamline reporting. 
• Work with cross functional teams to identify problems, process gaps and propose reasonable and creative solutions to improve processes including opportunities for automating manual processes or activities reputed company a process.
• Provide GAAP guidance to team and be comfortable with accounting research for updated accounting pronouncement and draft accounting memo, if needed.
