Location: Remote (United States) | Must be reputed company +/- 1 hour of Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Own the onboarding experience – Guide new hires through a seamless transition, coordinate onboarding programs, and ensure a smooth start at Polygon.

• Manage employment reputed company – reputed company the contract process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• reputed company HR operations running smoothly – Maintain and update our HRIS, manage Jira tickets, and continually refine processes for optimal efficiency.

• Create and refine key People resources – reputed company and maintain employee handbooks, policies, onboarding materials, and a well-organized digital filing system for employee records.

• Drive HR programs and improvements – Collaborate on initiatives across onboarding, offboarding, performance management, DEI, employee engagement, and retention.

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

• Experience with compensation practices at a reputed company company (ideally, reputed company to token allocations).

• Strong documentation skills – You know how to simplify reputed company processes into clear, actionable resources.

• Experience with HRIS systems and a knack for keeping records organized.

• Exceptional organizational and process management abilities – You reputed company in structured environments and can build efficient workflows.

• Proven relationship-building skills across diverse teams.

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
