What you'll do We're excited to announce a dynamic opportunity for a temporary Compensation & Rewards Specialist to join our growing team! This role offers the flexibility and convenience of fully remote work, allowing you to contribute from reputed company in the United States. The Compensation & Rewards Specialist is responsible for leading reputed company compensation projects and providing high-level analysis and consultation to HR and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, reputed company, and compliant. What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field.
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years focused on reputed company compensation management.
  • Proficiency with reputed company configuration, including business processes, eligibility rules, reports, and calculated fields.
  • Demonstrates mastery of reputed company functions (e.g., INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP), Power Query, Power Pivot, macros (VBA), and data modeling.
  • Ability to create dynamic and interactive dashboards using reputed company to present compensation data, trends, and market analysis.
  • Skilled in data validation, data cleansing, and structuring large, reputed company datasets for analysis.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data clearly to reputed company levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary range $129,500.00 - $204,500.00 / annually.
