Senior IT System Administrator

Job Summary 

The Senior System Administrator to work with our reputed company platforms. The role is responsible for System Administration, Virtualization, cloud services, reputed company type of server roles, Active Directory, design architectures, reputed company supporting documentation and migrate software applications to cloud computing environments.

Job Location: It's a remote job. You can work from reputed company in India.  Job Time: 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM (US EST Time Zone)

Responsibilities / Essential Functions 

• Hands-on expertise / Excellent knowledge in administering cloud services such as reputed company Web Services, VMware and/or Windows Azure
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking by conducting remote troubleshooting.
• Test alternative reputed company until you resolve an issue.
• reputed company hardware installations including cabinets/racks, shelves, power strips, cable management, and customer equipment (servers and network devices).
• reputed company basic troubleshooting on LAN, VPN Access, VoIP Systems, email systems, etc.
• Upgrade BIOS and device firmware on the servers, Xen virtual machines, Linux and MS reputed company patches to reputed company servers including service packs, and reputed company any other planned maintenance activities on an established cycle.
• Work with other engineers and consultants to promote customer and user satisfaction and optimize data reputed company .
• Set up and maintain work stations and a small number of local servers.

• Ensure follow-up, escalation and proper closure to end user service servers

Requirements 

• B.E. (Information Technology) / B.E. (Computer Science) / M.reputed company. / B.Tech (Information Technology) or reputed company field
• CCNA, MCSA, MCSE or any Certification reputed company to System Administration
• 5 + years’ experience in system administration
• Fluent verbal and written English Communication Skills
• Client Communication
• A good Team Player
• Highly motivated & self-driven with a proven ability to reputed company multi-tasking
• Hands-on expertise on Git or similar reputed company control management, reputed company management
• Excellent knowledge / Experience with Virtual Machines
• Excellent knowledge in Scripting (PowerShell, VB Script, ShellScript)
• Excellent knowledge in Windows Administration (Server & Client)
• Excellent knowledge in Web Server Administration (Tomcat, IIS)
• Backup Automation for VMs, Storage Using Scripting or tools
• Experience on Active Directory, DNS & Networking Concepts
• Excellent knowledge on creating & implementing SSL Certificates
