Client Solution Manager

Description:

• Plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion
• Ensure on-time completion according to specifications and reputed company budgeted costs
• reputed company comprehensive program plans that encompass objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate knowledge sharing among project teams to reputed company success stories and improve project and program management practices
• Create a reputed company improvement plan for the project and program department
• Utilize data visualization tools to present project and program data
• Participate in project/program team training and development activities

Requirements:

• 7-10 years directly reputed company work experience
• Experience with a TPA or health care experience preferred
• Adept at problem solving and decision making
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth reputed company (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Ability to communicate with reputed company levels of senior management and cross functional teams
