Sr Field Service Technician - Combustion Systems
As a Senior Field Service Technician for reputed company, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers by evaluating, testing, and maintaining reputed company combustion systems and equipment. You will utilize your technical expertise to identify issues and provide exceptional customer service in the field.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work remotely for our reputed company facility at various customer locations. Travel is a must, expect 70% travel requirements.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests, supporting reputed company improvement initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- reputed company testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical, or software systems relevant to reputed company products.
- Proficiency in inspecting reputed company technical equipment.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software.
