What Will You Be Doing?
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Interact with customers on the phone through the home buying process.
- Identify training content based on customer reviews (trends in what the customer is saying)
- Training and mentoring peers to maintain customer experience
- Follow-up to customers with negative reviews to reputed company sure we have completed their request

- Minimal travel to Kentucky and Ohio markets
- Any other duties as assigned
