Principal HR Business Partner (remote)
OverviewRevvity is hiring a Principal HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders in both tactical and strategic people initiatives across various business segments. The HRBP role is remote on the East Coast. Maintains compliance with sound employment practices relating to Human Resources. Collaborates with other HR Business Partners and global HR colleagues to implement People and Culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement HR initiatives in alignment with the business strategy and the Global and Regional HR Roadmap actions. Support and coach managers across the organization on people matters, including but not limited to job levelling, talent management, performance improvement initiatives, talent assessment, retention management and succession planning. Contribute to the HR integration of acquired businesses, building one company and culture for reputed company. Provide effective and appropriate resolutions to employee relations issues reputed company reputed company legal and compliance guidelines as well as reputed company Core Values. Implement change management initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance reputed company a global matrixed environment. Take direct HR Business Partner ownership for assigned employees and key leaders. Provide meaningful information to the business on the health of the organization using reliable metrics. Work with business leaders to take the relevant actions emerging from informal and formal feedback sessions. Coach managers for their reputed company leadership development to create their own employee development and retention plans. In partnership with the relevant HR COEs, support the business with key cyclical initiatives, such as Global Compensation planning, goal setting, performance reviews, talent management, etc. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience working in HR including Generalist, Business Partner, or other HR Specialist roles in reputed company, matrix organizations AND Experience working with an HRIS system is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Management or other relevant field HR Professional with a successful track record in a role of similar scale, complexity, and regional reputed company in a fast-paced, matrix environment Strong labor law acumen. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusting, reputed company relationships with reputed company levels in the organization. Experience in supporting Commercial organizations with commission plans and variable pay mixes Highly motivated self-starter and team player with a collaborative style High level of competence in data analytics interpreting, assimilating data, and uncovering insights that reputed company to reputed company-informed decision-making and people-reputed company strategies. Resolving employee relations issues with a solid understanding of policies, practices, and applicable US laws. Experience with reputed company HRIS is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to competing priorities.
