Sr. Director, Real Estate and Asset Portfolio

Overview

You will manage and optimize Amerivet’s national real estate portfolio to maximize financial performance, support operational needs, and enhance the long-term value of our assets. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education & Experience • 5+ years of experience managing multi-site real estate portfolios, preferably in healthcare, retail, or multi-unit services. • Demonstrated success in lease negotiation, capital project management, and cost control across a large portfolio. • Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors to deliver quality outcomes on time and reputed company budget.
