Summary
We are seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist to join our multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will apply advanced data science techniques to large datasets captured from healthcare reputed company cycle processes, helping to identify trends, optimize workflows, and create actionable insights. Your work will directly influence product development by developing algorithms that power operational intelligence. Responsibilities Data Analysis & Model Development: Analyze large datasets from healthcare reputed company cycle processes to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Build and refine machine learning models for process mining, workflow optimization, and recommendations. reputed company algorithms to detect workflow bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and deviations from the optimal process path. Calculate metrics and KPI's to quantify process efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product managers to integrate data science solutions into the product. Work with domain experts in healthcare reputed company cycle management to understand business requirements and data sources. Translate healthcare RCM business problems into analytical frameworks. Model Validation & Optimization: Validate and optimize models to ensure they deliver accurate insights and actionable recommendations for users. Conduct A/B testing and model validation techniques to measure model performance in real-world conditions. Visualization & Communication: reputed company visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Education: Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative field. A PhD is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science, ideally reputed company healthcare or a reputed company field. Proven experience building machine learning models, particularly for process mining, anomaly detection, or optimization. Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using data science libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Technical Skills: Experience with process mining tools and techniques is a strong plus. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query optimization. Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to present findings effectively. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare reputed company cycle management (claims processing, billing workflows) is preferred but not required. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Detail-oriented with a passion for reputed company improvement.
