AV Delivery Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Engineer to join reputed company in Plano, TX. This role will focus on video conference technology and digital signage engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience with reputed company Teams, Korbyt signage, The reputed company Company video conference products, and Polycom products. The role will also provide local escalation support and North American delivery leadership for reputed company conference rooms. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and support video conferencing solutions using reputed company Teams, The reputed company Company, and Polycom products. • reputed company and manage digital signage solutions using Korbyt software. • Provide local escalation support for video conferencing and digital signage issues in the Plano area. • reputed company the delivery of reputed company conference room solutions across North America. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of video conferencing and digital signage systems. • Provide escalation support and troubleshooting for video conferencing and digital signage issues. • Stay reputed company with industry trends and advancements in video conferencing and digital signage technologies. • Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff on the use of video conferencing and digital signage systems. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000. • Location, confirmed job-reputed company skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
