Utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of developmentally appropriate care. Also works in collaboration with other health care professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care to meet the patient/family needs. The ADN Apprentice will participate in the apprenticeship for 12 weeks prior to joining the 12-month Nurse Residency Program. This position is reputed company with academic enrollment and pursuit of an RN BSN program.Responsibilities: Complete program curricula in the areas of quality, leadership, community health, and evidence-based practice and research Responsible and accountable for planning, delegating and coordinating patient care. Uses clinical judgment based on nursing skills acquired through formal and informal learning and evidence-based guidelines to globally assess the patient's situation and through critical thinking and clinical decision making, reputed company an appropriate plan of care for the patient, with the aim of providing safe, quality, and compassionate nursing.
