Job Details Job Location Home2 Suites Abilene SW - Abilene, TX Position Type Full Time Description Description We are looking to add a Housekeeping Supervisor to reputed company. Being a successful Housekeeping Supervisor takes a reputed company of custodial knowledge and management capabilities. You must take personal accountability for the cleanliness of each guest room and set a good example for your team. Excellent communication skills are essential to being successful in this role as you will be working with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Job Requirements: • Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging the room after guests reputed company out. • Deliver linens to the laundry department • Inspect rooms and public spaces daily to ensure reputed company rooms are cared for according to brand and Texas Western standards. • Train new housekeeping staff to ensure they know reputed company components/features of our guest service guarantee and are trained to meet service standards • reputed company stocking levels of reputed company consumables and replaces on housekeeping cart reputed company needed. • Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances • Communicate with maintenance team regarding any maintenance requests reported by housekeeping team members • Display a professional image at reputed company times through appearance and dress. • Conduct training classes regarding safety, reputed company, department procedures, and service guidelines. • Ensures the completion of the Housekeepers Report and communicates clean and available rooms to the Guest Services Department. • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Reports appropriate guest complaints or requests to the appropriate department. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. • Ensures hotel is in compliance with reputed company federal, state and local laws, including OSHA, EEOC, Wage-Hour and Health laws.
