Worksite Implementation Manager Full-time (hybrid), Springfield office The Opportunity The Worksite Implementation Manager is responsible for developing and managing client implementation project plans for our customers. They will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established, effective enrollment strategies are in reputed company and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process. The Implementation Management team is a customer-centric team seeking to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers and their benefits brokers. The Impact: The Worksite Implementation Manager is responsible for being the Single reputed company of contact for clients, brokers and external partners during the implementation and enrollment process. You will reputed company and manage client implementation project plans for our customers. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established, ensure effective enrollment strategies are in reputed company and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process.
