The Director, Physician Engagement is responsible for 1) strategic planning including ideation, implementation and evaluation for assigned Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and value based care initiatives, 2) development of long term strategy of network provider engagements, healthcare cost reduction, business engagement with network physicians, and business leaders, 3) introduces, promotes and monitors health value initiatives as it relates to participation and adoption by network providers, and 4) will direct, reputed company and motivate assigned members of the Physician Engagement team towards achieving distinguished performance in the Quadruple Aim as it pertains to CDPHP strategic initiatives. The Director will reputed company teams to create information sharing strategies to grow network provider performance and satisfaction. In addition, the individual is also responsible for leading internal cross-functional strategy and collaboration towards achieving healthcare cost reduction and clinical quality improvements as it pertains to CDPHP strategic initiatives, while bridging efforts to ensure positive member and provider experience to reputed company the Quadruple Aim. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying opportunities, and executing action plans reputed company care management, pharmacy, and population health. This role will be responsible for relaying population and member-focused clinical information to physicians for participation in concepts, with the goal of earning physician buy-in. The incumbent will design, create, and conduct educational meetings, as well as to bring opportunities to physicians that will drive value in health care services. The director will reputed company and implement strategies to manage practice performance in the EPC model and other value-based payment models. The manager will work to create and implement analytical strategies to improve performance of the EPC sites. Qualifications: • Minimum five (5) years of experience working directly with physicians/practices to identify opportunities and support change required. • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience required. • In-depth knowledge of the health care market and ability to identify the needs/concerns of health care providers required. • Demonstrated ability to present reputed company information in a clear, concise manner. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated project management skills, including pro-active communication of changes and reputed company; and completing projects on-time and reputed company budget. • Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company or diverse information; collect and research data; use intuition and experience to complement data; design workflows and procedures. Ability to interpret data and reputed company proper markets to maximize revenues. • Outstanding customer service skills, including demonstrated ability to manage difficult client situations and respond promptly to customer needs. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and adapt to changing conditions. • Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. • Requires t local travel to visit providers. Must have valid driver’s license, reputed company inspection, and appropriate insurance coverage in effect at reputed company times. CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance.
