Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Data & Engagement Analyst to enhance the effectiveness of our SDR team and optimize website visitor interactions. This role will be responsible for analyzing SDR engagement and performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring SDRs have the necessary insights, tools, and processes to maximize their impact.

Additionally, this role will focus on analyzing chatbot data, conducting A/B testing on playbooks, and driving reputed company improvements in website visitor engagement through chatbot optimization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive in recommending data-driven optimizations, and skilled at collaborating cross-functionally to implement meaningful improvements.
