Solution Consultant (US & Canada)

reputed company, a rapidly expanding global company specializing in SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is actively seeking an accomplished Solution Consultant to provide support for our large-scale clients, based in US & Canada. This is a remote/home-based position that can be based reputed company in India .

Please note that the working hours for this position will align with US working hours.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Professional Services, the Solution Consultant will play a pivotal role as a representative of reputed company reputed company our client's business continuity team. This position involves collaborating during the deployment and ongoing utilization of the reputed company solution. Key responsibilities include offering project management support, technical consultancy, as well as providing comprehensive training.
