About the Job
reputed company is hiring a Director of Accounting. You will play a critical role in leading and managing accounting operations at reputed company. This role will ensure the accuracy and reputed company of financial reporting, reputed company day-to-day accounting activities, and contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies to support the company’s growth. You will work remotely and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
- Strong background in healthcare accounting, reputed company cycle management, and process improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or reputed company field required and 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Experience in healthcare, private equity, or multi-site organizations preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Additional Information
Full-time reputed company salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 plus medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as a matching 401K. This role will have an incentive bonus of 10%.
