As a Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with a critical responsibility - growing our technical roles across the business, along with non-technical roles as needed. You will partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to bring creativity and strategy to reputed company top talents. Passionate about the blockchain space, almost degen, you have a natural flair for identifying great technical contributors in the space. What you'll do:

Work closely with Talent leadership and execute the talent strategy.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

You will expertly reputed company and execute our recruitment processes across various roles and build a network. in the external talent market.

What you’ll need:

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; prior tech startup experience is ideal.

Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Exceptional work ethic and highly coachable.

Familiar with Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system.
