Job Summary:

The Director, Global Payroll will reputed company the management and execution of global payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll for employees across various regions. This role will require expertise in international payroll systems, local tax regulations, and cross-border compliance. The Director, Global Payroll will work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll delivery and improve payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, finance, legal) and external vendors to ensure proper integration of payroll data, tax filings, benefits administration, and statutory deductions.

  • Partner with HR and other relevant departments to drive improvements in payroll processes, systems, and technologies to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

  • Review and approve payroll reports, tax filings, and other documents for accuracy.

  • Provide strategic insights into global payroll practices, cost analysis, and forecasting for senior management.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
