Customer Service Representative for Ecommerce (US Based/Remote)

This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a team of professionals in the property management field. The client is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. ? Resolve customer issues related to orders, products, payments, and shipping using Shopify and Gorgias. ? Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. ? Assist customers with product recommendations and provide detailed information about our electrolyte products. ? Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Collaborate with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality. ? Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. ? Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training ? Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment. ? Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. ? Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ?
