Job Description
As an Editor for the Disney Parks News Blog, you will be an integral part of the Magic Moments Podcast Team. Your primary focus will be on editing recorded content into polished audio for publication across various streaming platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating short videos to promote the Magic Moments podcast on our social media channels. ? Edit and refine recorded podcast content to ensure optimal audio quality and coherence ? Adhere to strict deadlines for podcast episode releases ? Collaborate closely with the Magic Moments Podcast Team to maintain consistency in tone and style ? Implement sound design elements to enhance the overall listening experience ? Create compelling short-form video content for social media promotion ? Optimize audio files for various streaming platforms to ensure wide accessibility ? Maintain meticulous records of editing processes and version control ? Stay current with industry trends and best practices in podcast editing and production ? Provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of podcast content ? Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio editing and file management ? Participate in team meetings to discuss content strategy and production schedules
