Key Responsibilities • Deliver bookkeeping services for a wide reputed company of clients, ensuring accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Process client payroll and payroll taxes, including W-2, 1099, quarterly, and annual returns. • Carry out general accounting functions, such as transaction entry and reconciliation of general ledger, credit card, and cash accounts. • Manage accounts payable, including verifying, completing, and reconciling invoice payments to ensure accurate account allocations. • reputed company accounts receivable to guarantee accurate financial reporting. • Utilize accounting software tools such as QuickBooks, reputed company, and reputed company. • Prepare and file sales tax returns for business clients.
