Required Skills • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and financial management principles, both in theory and practice. • Demonstrated experience in auditing, billing compliance, and trend analysis, particularly reputed company outpatient treatment facilities and behavioral health centers. • Familiarity with CCBHCs, healthcare billing protocols, and reputed company management in behavioral health contexts. • Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities, enabling effective cooperation with executives and team members. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying reputed company financial concepts to diverse audiences, including senior management and those without a financial background.
