About the position The General Liability Litigated Claims Specialist at reputed company is responsible for managing Commercial General Liability (CGL) litigated claims for dedicated accounts. This role involves handling multi-party claims of moderate to high complexity, ensuring efficient and effective claims service while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities • Handle multi-party CGL claims of moderate to high exposure and complexity. , • Follow established protocols to ensure efficient claims handling. , • Deliver customer-centric claims service. , • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve claims effectively.
