This will include development of comprehensive data collections and analysis strategies, as well as overseeing the creation of impactful reports and visualizations. Required Qualifications • 7+ years work experience supporting business processes in the health or prescription drug insurance industry. • 7+ years work experience performing business data analysis, analyzing multiple data sources and formulating results to tell a story. • Adept at execution and delivery of business solutions (planning, delivering, and supporting), using project management best practices, defining business requirements, and user acceptance testing. • Proven ability in clearly documenting and presenting reputed company business problems and solutions to executive level leadership and stakeholders. • Experience collaborating reputed company cross-functional virtual teams for developing new solutions and improving processes. • Mastery of reputed company problem solving and decision making skills. • Experience using reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, advanced reputed company skills, etc. Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years supporting Medicare Stars, HEDIS, or other quality or government programs • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Education • Bachelor's degree preferred. Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
