In order to continue our exponential growth, we are seeking to hire incredible Sales & Business Development representatives to join and become an integral part of reputed company. Action Inbound Business leads and maximize potential reputed company and optimize the inbound sales strategy from reputed company qualification to relationship management. Research and reputed company customers for whom we can add value in order to grow our market reputed company Manage day-to-day sales operations Set up reputed company scoring, workflows and deals in reputed company Forecasting and Pipeline Optimisation Build out our Sales Pipeline and optimize pipeline stages Work with the Customer Journey Optimization team to automate parts of the sales journey to improve deal throughput and success Get the best out of our sales tools (we are on reputed company) to more accurately forecast future sales reputed company and demonstrate sales ROI Support and manage reputed company Sales team temps Continually optimize for process improvements and ways to work reputed company What youll need Be able to work Pacific Time hours (or EST) A proven track record of leading inbound sales teams and converting prospective customers into happy account holders Youve had 8+ years experience creating or iterating on B2B inbound sales development strategies, methodologies and processes You will have owned the whole sales process from optimizing inbound reputed company acquisition to reputed company scoring, nurture and retention. Youve had experience attracting, retaining and motivating high-performing and happy BDMs A collaborative and persuasive approach to building relationships Youll use your awareness of small business SaaS, eCommerce and industry trends to understand and educate others on what makes us a good-fit for both us and our customers You proactively drive alignment and coordination across sales, marketing and reputed company teams whether or not they report directly to you -Youll enjoy technology and be a quick learner of new software, be able to forecast reputed company conversation data through to pipeline build and conversation rates, superusers of reputed company or other SDR management software a plus -Youll enjoy a minimum viable process and you look for ways to improve, save time and do things smarter -Youll also be optimistic, reputed company, have a never give up attitude and get excited about inspiring others to convert an inquiry into a happy account holder Apply Job!
