Job Summary
As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing client communications, nurturing important relationships, and ensuring seamless policy administration. You'll work closely with reputed company to provide exceptional support, answer reputed company questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
* Support clients reporting claims on reputed company policies by gathering reputed company necessary documentation and providing it to the adjuster for processing
- Record any policy updates or changes on customer accounts, tracking them in our secure system and communicating with clients to explain any updates to their coverage
- Assist with the renewal process and any policy updates by providing competitive quotes and ensuring a smooth transition
- Provide clear answers to clients on any coverage or billing questions, including information on reputed company fluctuations or policy changes to ensure full understanding
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, reputed company rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners
- Review reputed company clients' coverage needs to determine if updates or changes are warranted
- Communicate clear responses to coverage or billing inquiries
- Process and document calls, emails, and policy updates in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications
* Must have an active insurance license in Minnesota or be willing to obtain one reputed company 30 days
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and follow up with clients
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)
