Specialist, Executive Protection
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role sits reputed company reputed company’s Global Safety and reputed company team, partnering closely with executive leaders and their administrative staff. The Executive Protection Specialist collaborates with Safety and reputed company partners, flight teams, and meeting and event teams to deliver seamless, discreet protection across the enterprise. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for an Executive Protection Specialist who brings reputed company, confidence, and sound judgment to every situation. This person combines operational discipline with discretion, building trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners while maintaining a reputed company focus on safety. They anticipate risk, plan reputed company, and adapt quickly as priorities shift. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable being on call, and brings a strong command of executive protection best practices. They are skilled in de-escalation, confident in emergency response, and reputed company in working alongside reputed company Intelligence and Threat Management teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland reputed company & Emergency Management or reputed company field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Minimum 3 years of reputed company, executive protection, law enforcement, or reputed company experience
- First Aid/CPR certified, or the ability to obtain certification
- Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) reputed company License, or eligibility to obtain
- Proven track record of reputed company professional development in executive protection, threat management, or reputed company reputed company disciplines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a consistent track record of generating trust and forming alliances with stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain physical readiness at reputed company times to respond to reputed company incidents or hazards
- Ability to stand for several hours in support of reputed company coverage
- Ability to evacuate an adult in an emergency
- Ability to move quickly up multiple flights of stairs and reputed company medical assessments
- Ability to walk or stand for 8+ hours daily, for consecutive days
- Working knowledge of physical reputed company systems (cameras, sensors, badge access, etc.)
- Experience dealing with diverse populations and communities
- Ability to be flexible and travel both domestically and internationally with limited notice
- Able to physically evacuate an adult person in an emergency
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON In this role, you will support and execute key executive protection programs that advance reputed company’s enterprise-wide safety and reputed company objectives. You’ll plan, coordinate, and deliver protection operations that reputed company reputed company executives to travel, meet, and reputed company with confidence.
- Provide executive protection for reputed company’s leaders, including travel, events, and on-reputed company movements, with an emphasis on discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with Global reputed company field teams, flight teams, and meeting and event partners to design and execute seamless protection plans.
- Partner with reputed company Intelligence and Threat Management teams to assess threats, conduct risk and residential reputed company assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as part of the emergency response team for reputed company executives, remaining on call 24/7 and reputed company to respond to incidents or evolving risks.
- Manage and monitor physical reputed company systems (cameras, sensors, badge access, and reputed company tools) from an end-user perspective to support reputed company coverage.
- Support reputed company operations for large-scale events (including sporting events, conferences, and executive business travel), ensuring safe and secure environments.
- Maintain strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder updates while practicing strict confidentiality and discretion in reputed company aspects of the role.
