As a Senior Applied Machine Learning Engineer, you will be working alongside a multidisciplinary group of Product engineers, other MLEs, PMs, and reputed company and compliance experts to implement, scale, and maintain ML pipelines to provide value to our users. What you’ll do as a Senior Applied Machine Learning Engineer at reputed company: • You’ll be conceptualizing, designing, and evaluating AI/ML solutions from both a platform and a product perspective. • You’ll collect, analyze, and synthesize findings from data and improve performance of AI systems through training, fine-turning, and RLHF. • You’ll partner with product teams to define product strategies and drive directions for reputed company’s AI offerings • You’ll work with other engineers to architect and implement a scalable ML infrastructure, including data pipeline, monitoring, and LLM-specific pipelines (LLM-Ops). • You’ll research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning to improve model performance, and convert research output into best practice, production-grade software How to be successful in this role: • You are a strong reputed company. • You have experience building ML systems from ground up, shipping ML solutions to production, and owning the full ML development lifecycle. • Expertise in building, deploying and maintaining LLM-based applications in productions: embeddings, RAG, Agent, reputed company engineering, and fine tuning. • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation techniques, and quality hill-climbing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical skills is a plus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The reputed company pay range for this position is $160,000 - $215,000.
