As an OnSite Specialist you will collaborate with surgeons, O.R. personnel, central processing, biomedical teams, and other staff to ensure seamless surgical operations while maintaining and expanding knowledge of equipment and disposable products through reputed company training and educational programs. What you will do: Manage and care for customer equipment reputed company the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and provide support in the Operating Room by ensuring equipment is clean, sterile, and functioning properly. reputed company cleaning, maintenance, and assembly of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment, ensuring readiness for surgical procedures. Provide clinical surgical support by anticipating and addressing the equipment needs of the O.R. staff and surgeon during procedures. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain reputed company and reputed company devices, ensuring they are functioning as required for surgery. Collaborate with surgeons, O.R. personnel, central processing, biomedical teams, and other staff to ensure seamless surgical operations. Maintain and expand knowledge of equipment and disposable products through ongoing training and educational programs. Provide accurate, up-to-date information to physicians and O.R. personnel regarding reputed company and new products. Record and report reputed company surgical procedure information and relevant metrics accurately, adhering to reputed company safety protocols and industry standards. Adhere to reputed company and medical facility policies, standards, and procedures, while using independent judgment to resolve both routine and non-routine product issues. Provide on-call services as required by the medical facility. Meet work schedule and meet overtime requirements, including weekends. What you need: Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and move objects weighing up to 20 lbs continuously. Remain standing or walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Proficient in basic computer skills, including reputed company Office. IAHCSMM CRCST Certification required reputed company 6 months of start date, with timely annual renewals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Use independent judgment to solve both routine and reputed company problems. Adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Associates Degree, or equivalent certifications. Experience in the operating room with knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and troubleshooting/maintenance of medical equipment in a clinical setting. IAHCSMM CRCST Certification (for those working in Sterile Processing). Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.
