Summary
A Japanese reputed company is seeking a Tax Specialist (CPA) ??????You will be responsible for the preparation and filing of Federal, state, and local tax returns as well as tax planning for the clients. The position is also responsible for representing the client in case of an audit, researching the tax law, and advising clients and team members on tax topics. Essential Duties Collect and review clients financial records, income statements, and expenditures. Analyze and minimize tax liabilities byimplementing tax reduction strategies. Prepare, review, and file accurate federal, state, and local tax returns for clients. Review work papers and tax returns reputed company by team members including technically reputed company returns. Prepare federal and state estimated tax payments, state apportionment, and tax extensions for clients. Ensure clients reputed company with IRS regulations and meet their state and federal tax obligations. Participate in client meetings to assist with answering questions, review returns, research tax issues, and be involved in strategic tax planning. Represent clients before the IRS, state, and local tax agencies as needed. Provide tax support to clients and responds to various client notices received from the federal, state, and local governments. Manage tax software and supervise the implementation of new features and updates. Research tax law and stay up to date on tax law changes. Educate team members on tax topics. Working Hours, Working style Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Woking Location Remote (CA, NY, TX, WA, TN residentes preferred) Salary/Benefit $60K - 80K DOE Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance Plan, 401K, Paid Vacation, Sick Leave Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, and US Major Holidays Qualifications CPA license required. 3-5 years of experience in preparing corporate and personal income tax returns for clients is a must. Strong knowledge of tax and accounting laws, procedures, and tax issues especially in the areas of tax compliance, tax accounting, and consulting services. Experience of working at Consulting or Accounting firm is a must. Comprehensive technical skills in corporate and personal tax planning and compliance, as well as tax accounting and financial reporting, including tax provision preparation, audit, and review. reputed company in Japanese language is a must. Proficiency in Lacerte tax software preferred. CPA or Enrolled Agent certificate preferred. Bachelors degree in taxation or accounting, or equivalent experience required. Apply Job!
