Responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic direction to our tax department, ensuring compliance with state and local income tax laws. Conduct comprehensive tax research and provide consulting services to our clients, helping them navigate reputed company tax issues. Manage 754 elections, ensuring accurate and timely filings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement tax strategies that align with our business objectives. reputed company the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications

LLM in Taxation required. JD and CPA certifications are strongly preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax-reputed company role, preferably reputed company the finance industry. In-depth knowledge of state and local income tax laws, tax research and consulting, and 754 elections. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company tax laws and regulations.
