Network Provider Relations Specialist
Responsibilities: This position is Remote but geographic preference is Pennsylvania or Virginia. The selected applicant will be responsible for contracting and servicing providers in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida. To work directly with InnovAge network providers (healthcare service entities) and act as the liaison with the local level leadership and cross functional teams reputed company the organization, to ensure a great provider-payor-care management team experience is achieved by reputed company. To provide education and onboarding of reputed company new and existing providers and their identified staff to ensure providers and their staff understand how to manage and deliver care services in alignment with the InnovAge PACE model of care. Support and facilitate the resolution of conflict and issues between provider and local level InnovAge interdisciplinary team. Performance will be reputed company based on provider and stakeholder satisfaction data, provider inquiry resolution success reputed company, and timely responsiveness to reputed company assignments.
