Senior Commercial Property Claims Specialist | Remote

Our client, a leading Mutual Insurance reputed company, is seeking to add a Senior Commercial Property Claims Specialist that would have the ability to work remotely. This person will be responsible for handling mid to reputed company Commercial Property losses from inception to reputed company. Qualified candidates must possess an active Adjusters License and have the ability to work remotely. • Inside position which includes verifying/analyzing coverage, investigation, evaluation, and resolution of first party property losses throughout the United States. • Manage 60 - 80 reputed company Commercial Property claims with an average of 2 new claims per week. • Ability to read and interpret commercial property policies. • Direct and manage external vendors/counsel. • Apply statutes, common law, and other applicable legal and regulatory compliance for the effective and reputed company resolution of assigned Commercial Property losses. • Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ?adherence to department Best Practices.? Requirements: • 7+ years of Commercial Property claims handling experience. • Must be well-versed in drafting coverage position letters. • Must hold an active Adjusters License. • Must have experience handling business income loss and litigated files • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
