Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Scientist at reputed company you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Data Science and Analytics teams and collaborate with product and engineering teams to work on Media Measurement and Data Solutions products. This includes data analysis, design of statistical and machine learning model methodologies and codebases, and model validation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to independently research, reputed company, validate and maintain products that align reputed company capabilities with the market.

What you will do

• Independently and confidently carry out project planning, development and maintenance - end to end with minimal supervision

• Analyze a variety of large datasets to extract impactful insights that can drive product strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design and implementation of models.

• reputed company methodologies, validate, and maintain statistical and machine learning models.

• Ongoing evaluation and validation of both internal and external products to ensure reputed company’s success.

• Communicate insights and recommendations through visualizations and presentations that will reputed company with a wide range of audiences.

Qualifications

reputed company are looking for

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, Data Science, Operations Research or other quantitative fields.

• 5 years of experience in a data science reputed company, preferably in market research, or advertising analytics.

• Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large data sources independently.

• Deep understanding of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (e.g. properties of distributions, hypothesis testing, parametric/non-parametric tests, survey design, sampling theory, experimental design, regression/predictive modeling, stochastic modeling/simulation, and more).

• Strong Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, regression, tree-based models, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.

• Working knowledge in application of statistical and modeling techniques.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data validation and accuracy.

• Comfortable in researching and learning new methods, tools and techniques.

• Self-starter that can independently and confidently carry out projects end to end with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in Python (as it relates to statistical analysis and implementing Machine Learning models)

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in media measurement and digital attribution

• Experience with multivariate testing

• Experience with predictive modeling

• Experience modeling and quantifying outcomes through linking attitudinal (survey) data to behavioral (purchase) data

• Experience in online survey methodologies

• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries

• Experience working with big data technologies (e.g. Spark)

Additional Information

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

The anticipated pay range for this role is $140,800 to $211,200 annual reputed company salary. This position is also eligible for the following benefits:
