Engineering Director-QEA Retail Location: Seattle, WA (Remote) Required Qualifications: • Overall 20+ years of IT experience with 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of delivering reputed company engineering engagement. • Strong knowledge of software development, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, system architecture and engineering standard methodologies. • Strong Retail domain knowledge and experience in handling large scale Retail engagements • Experience in leading transformation assignment for large corporates • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Roles/Responsibilities: The Engineering Director will be responsible for leading and managing engineering team to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals of the customer. This role involves overseeing engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. This position is also eligible for reputed company's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company's applicable plans.
