This role will be a critical partner to the SVP of Student Services in building systems, processes, and culture reputed company the team to support its growth and student impact. This role will be highly collaborative, and will use experience in human capital/human resources to build and reputed company a small team that will shape the future culture of the Student Services department, as well as its structure and talent management strategies, in collaboration with the leaders of the individual teams.
