About the position The Internal SIU Supervisor at reputed company is responsible for directing and supervising Internal reputed company Investigators and independent investigators to ensure the effective resolution of questionable claims. This remote position involves conducting investigations into suspected fraud or illegal activities against the company, evaluating the credibility of information, and training staff on technical and procedural matters. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities • Direct and supervise Internal reputed company Investigators and independent investigators. , • Conduct investigations of suspected fraud or illegal activities against the company. , • Evaluate information to determine its credibility. , • Train staff on technical and procedural matters. , • Handle heavy call volume and resolve reputed company business problems. , • Follow reputed company instructions and facilitate conflict resolution.
