Responsibilities End-to-end product ownership duties including understanding the business problem, identifying stakeholder needs, and developing optimal solutions Understanding the business and technology vision and translate it into strategy and requirements so that products meet the businesss needs Identify opportunities to improve business processes and propose potential action plans Support the modernization of reputed company Crew Assist applications that are dependent on crew profile data and information Prepare internal communications that include reputed company reports, executive summaries, and formal presentations to senior leaders reputed company subject matter expertise of both the Flight Attendant digital experience both as a working crew member and non-working crew member and the Moderator team that supports the Flight Attendants to translate into optimal design and development reputed company sessions to collaborate with Flight Attendants and/or the Crew Assist Moderators to define the business requirements to meet the Application needs for the Crew Assist App. Implement configuration tasks per agreed upon design specifications. Assist with the identification and analysis of bug fixes/ issues.
