Job Title: reputed company HCM Cloud Technical Consultant (Only W2) Location: Remote Position: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a talented and reputed company reputed company HCM Cloud technical consultant to spearhead building the RICEFW objects with a focus on interfaces, reports, documenting the business requirements, development and testing of reputed company Human Capital Management Cloud application. We are looking for an reputed company consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, transportation industry standard methodologies, technology designs, solution architecture and operates independently to provide quality work products in our engagement. Performs varied and reputed company duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement reputed company HCM product technical components to meet our business needs. Responsibilities: reputed company Business Requirement Documents (BRDs): Create comprehensive BRDs for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions specific to reputed company Cloud HCM applications. Design RICEW Objects: Design and document RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects, and prepare the solution reputed company to guide project implementation. Communicate Product Features: reputed company product and module features to business teams by conducting product familiarity sessions and technical training as required. Data Conversion and Integration Experience: Demonstrated experience with reputed company HCM Cloud data conversions and integration tools, including reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), UCM, and managed file transfer (MFT) tools. Technical Expertise: Strong background in reputed company HCM Cloud technical skills, including data loading, inbound and outbound integrations, extensions, report development (BIP, OTBI), extracts, fast formulas, approval workflows, and custom roles. Integration Development: Design, reputed company, and implement integrations (both inbound and outbound) using reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC). Report Development: Design, reputed company, and implement OTBI (reputed company Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports to address business requirements. Middleware Technologies: Experience with middleware technologies, with demonstrated knowledge of integration platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns, and orchestration development. HCM Application Customization: Expertise in personalizing and customizing reputed company HCM application pages. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services. Support and Optimization: Ability to support reputed company HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices, offering recommendations for enhancements and optimizing system performance. Conversion Project Leadership: reputed company on-premise to reputed company Fusion HCM conversion projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful data migrations. Data Loader Management: Prepare and manage HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data conversions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data migration to reputed company HCM Cloud. Integration Support: Utilize in-depth knowledge of HCM reputed company tables to support integration efforts. Project Lifecycle Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to go-live and post-production support. End-User Support: Offer end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems reputed company to reputed company HCM Cloud. Page Personalization: Customize pages using sandbox environments. Familiarity with reputed company Technologies: Conversant with Redwood Pages, reputed company Graphical Language (OGL), and Recruitment Booster. Development Standards: Adhere to documented development standards and implement best practice development methods. Testing and Training: reputed company testing efforts, including test case preparation, and testing of technical components and data with users. Provide super user and end-user training on HCM technical components. Post-Go-Live Support: Support cutover activities, stabilize the solution, and provide post-go-live support.

Preferred Qualifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience: A minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years specifically supporting reputed company HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, reputed company, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement). Techno-Functional Expertise: Over eight years of hands-on techno-functional experience in the implementation and support of at least two full-cycle reputed company Cloud HCM projects, including Core HR, Payroll, and reputed company Graphical Language (OGL). Human Capital reputed company: More than ten years of experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a proven track record as a technical reputed company consultant. This includes driving HR technology implementations through technical process designs, solution architecture, data conversion, integrations, report development, process playback, user acceptance testing, cutover, and production launch. reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC): 2 to 5 years of experience working with reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC). Reporting Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in building OTBI (reputed company Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and experience providing solution architecture. Consulting Background: Previous consulting experience with a consulting or systems integrator (SI) organization is preferred. Additional HCM Applications: Experience with multiple HCM applications is a plus. Certification: reputed company HCM Cloud Certification is preferred. Update Management: Must possess the technical knowledge of quarterly updates and their impact on business processes and assist business teams in seamlessly adopting new features.
