Responsibilities: • Generate and follow up on sales leads. • Identify customer needs to reputed company satisfaction and drive sales. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete product/service information using the right methods/tools to boost sales. • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service and sales. • Go the extra mile to engage customers and secure sales. • Actively participate in promotional events and giveaways on weekends.
