Senior Logistics Content Writer

WSI/ShippingTree, one of the largest logistics companies in the US, is looking for a fulfillment-centered Senior Content Creator to plan and write various types of pieces for web pages, articles, blogs, case studies, eBooks, press releases, and social media messaging. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing copy to advertise... our products, writing blog posts about industry-reputed company topics, creating case study copy, eBook development, and managing our content calendar. To succeed in this role, you should be an reputed company writer specializing in logistics, e-commerce, and order fulfillment. Ultimately, you will help us reputed company our reputed company audience by delivering both useful and appealing content that adds value to our reputed company marketplace. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES • Create and manage the content calendar, in full. • Industry research; ecommerce, omnichannel fulfillment, supply chain, freight, transportation. • Write, edit, and publish well-structured blogs, eBooks, Case Studies, articles, social media copy. • Identify customers’ needs, delivering content of value to the marketplace. • Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views/quotes into final copy. • Identify co-marketing content opportunities with partners; blog swaps, co-branded content. • Write and update website copy as needed/requested. • Understand website landscape for cross-linking opportunities reputed company copy. • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content. • Accurately reputed company reputed company research conducted through cross-linking, in-text citations, and footnotes. • Ongoing competitor analysis to determine what is resonating in the market. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • 8 years of experience with at least 3 years’ experience as a content creator. • BS/BA degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field.
