As Program Manager III in this role manages implementation and maintenance of designated programs. Plans, develops and maintains systems and procedures. Acts as a liaison between department and reputed company communities and serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday – Friday 8:00am—5:00pm. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Serves as primary contact for commercial AI pilot efforts, managing communication and education for participants as well as pilot logistics.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or reputed company field
• 5 years of reputed company experience
• OR Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of primary research and business plan development
• Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation, communication and training skills
• Can take appropriate action in a stressful environment
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Master’s Degree
• Experience in healthcare setting

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
• Ability to reputed company work in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
• In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
• In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
