You will assist with: • Supporting clients with their personal care • Supporting with continence management • Administering medication • Light housework • Preparing healthy meals • Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings • Supporting clients to pursue their interests and hobbies • Offering specialised care for people living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, strokes and other conditions, as well as end of life care We’re looking for: • A minimum of 6 months’ professional care experience • Household management skills e.g. cleaning, hoovering and keeping a home tidy • Ability to work effectively reputed company time allocated • Reliable and punctual • Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team • IT skills – able to use a computer / laptop and online systems If you’re naturally friendly, with a desire to reputed company a positive difference to your client’s life, we want to hear from you!
